3 days ago we ordered an item on AMAZON prime.
After checking the tracking it stated that it was delivered and a photo was provided.
“Problem is……WRONG ADDRESS.”
We called customer service and they said “sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot do anything about tracking the driver”
“We will issue you a refund right now”
We stated on the telephone that we did not want a refund but merely the product we had ordered!
The problem with this company is the fact that it is too big and it farms out deliveries to multiple carriers finding it hard to tract who is who.
Word of advice? Never order from Amazon.
