Watch what DHS cybersecurity director subtweets after being fired

 

Christopher Krebs will have the last laugh.

Donald Trump fired the (now former) director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency late Tuesday, after the latter countered the president’s lies about the security of the U.S. election. Shortly after Trump announced his canning of Krebs via (what else) a tweet, Krebs used his personal, verified Twitter account to let both the world and Trump know that the agency he previously led did, in fact, oversee a secure election.

“Honored to serve,” he wrote. “We did it right. Defend Today, Secure Tomrorow [sic].”  Read more…
